1. 7-Day Guarantee for Damaged or Defective Items

We take immense pride in inspecting every plushie before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us at craftingforyouofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo/video unboxing proof. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement free of charge.

2. Cancellations

You can request order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase or before dispatch. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.

3. Refund Processing Timelines

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method (bank account, card, or UPI via Razorpay).
